- SewCraft ships via UPS unless a PO Box is given then we ship via the US Post Office. All shipments are set via surface as the spray adhesives are not able to ship via Air. - Undamaged and Unopened Items: These may be returned within 10 days of the order's shipping date at the buyer's expense. No credit will be given for the original postage paid to have the order shipped to you. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the order invoice or order confirmation email. Please email info@sprayandfix.com to receive a Merchandise Return Authorization number and notify us what items you are returning. All refunds will be issued as a store credit - NO exceptions.
Damaged Goods: You must notify us by email to info@sprayandfix.com of any damaged goods within 3 days of receipt of your order. We will then make appropriate arrangements with you for return and / or replacement of the damaged goods at our expense. - Ordering
